How our Life health coaching program works

Step 1: Via phone we ask the big questions “Where do you want to be?”
During this session you complete the Life Health Plan Assessment that helps us better understand where you are now and where you want to be in the future.

Step 2: Then we continue by asking you “Where are the Barriers and or gaps?”
we identify the barriers and the gaps that are currently (or have in the past) preventing you from experiencing the results you desire.

Step 3: Once we have completed your initial assessment in steps 1 and 2 we use that information to create your personalized life health plan.

Step 4: Provide support and guidance as we implement your individualized life health plan. Having support along the way will help you to easily overcome and navigate any roadblocks or barriers that may come up.
